Saint Mary’s Health Care is committed to being a good corporate citizen in the communities in which we serve. One of the ways we fulfill this commitment is by investing in community agencies that further our mission, values, and strategic direction of Saint Mary’s Health Care and Trinity Health.

Annually, Saint Mary’s receives numerous requests for contributions to support a variety of community agencies. To appropriately steward our resources and serve our requesting agencies fairly and in a timely manner, our Corporate Relations Office has moved to an annual planning process to coincide with our fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

Financial Requests for July 1, 2008– June 30, 2009.
The submission deadline for our current fiscal year (July 1, 2008– June 30, 2009) has passed. If you are seeking corporate relations financial support during this timeframe, please submit your information to our Corporate Relations Office as soon as possible for consideration. Please know that because the deadline has passed, funds are now limited and requests will be evaluated on a first come, first serve basis.

Financial Requests for July 1, 2009– June 30, 2010.
If you are seeking corporate relations financial support during our upcoming fiscal year, (July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010), requests are accepted January 2008 through May 2008. Decisions are communicated in June 2008.  If you are unable to submit your request during this timeframe, please submit your information as soon as possible for consideration. Please know that once the deadline has passed, funds are limited and requests will be evaluated on a first come, first serve basis.

Please know, that a submission will not guarantee funding, even if you have received our past support.

• Description of request (must include description of event, what/who it supports, target audience, how the money gets used/long range impact on health of the community, sponsorship benefits)
• Contact for request
• Amount requested
• Reply deadline
