Surgical Tech
Provides assistance to surgical team by selecting, organizing,
anticipating and passing surgical instruments, medical supplies
and equipment, maintaining aseptic technique and providing
retraction under the direction of the surgeon. Completion
of a formal Surgical Technologist training program. (Association
of Surgical Technologist (AST) certification preferred.)
