Eli Lilly & Company is pleased to sponsor a Pink Bag Breakfast featuring DeeDee Jonrowe, the foremost female dog musher competing in the world today. Her highly publicized battle with breast cancer has seen her become a tireless fundraiser for American Cancer Society and other humanitarian efforts. DeeDee has been profiled in such media outlets such as Sports Illustrated, Redbook and Outside magazines. She is a published author and is currently penning another book profiling her comeback from cancer to race again.
This special breakfast will be held from 9:00 am – 10:00 am on the fifth floor of The Lacks Cancer Center.
