Special thanks to Cook Bernadette Amador and Executive Chef Bill Read, both from Nutrition Services, for their support of United Way. Amador and Read baked more than 400 cookies in early December 2009, which were sold in the Main Café. Known especially for her delectable desserts, Amador baked:
